Greetings,

I'm Bro. Charles Johnson, SM, national vocation director for the Marianist Province of the United States. We pray for you and all others who are discerning the Lord's call in their life.

I invite you to learn more about the Marianists, who are engaged in many ministries throughout the United States and in missionary work in Eastern Africa, India and Mexico. We minister in secondary schools, universities, parishes, retreat houses, inner-city neighborhoods, family ministries, the trades, the arts and the legal and medical professions.

The word "community" is key to who are: Our brothers and priests live in community and share their prayer, their work, their faith and their lives with each other. We also help others create small faith communities, a great need in today's Church.

We are men of faith, leaders in mission, people of community, a discipleship of equals and followers of Mary, who calls us to be hospitable, generous, and to ï"do whatever He tells you." (John 2:5)
